These Terms & Conditions govern your access to our coaching services, digital resources, client portal, assessments, financial management tools, and all related services.

The Purpose Portal™ is a secure digital platform designed to support clients enrolled in services provided by Productive With Purpose, LLC.

- Client communication tools

Access is granted only to authorized clients actively working with Productive With Purpose, LLC.
2. Coaching Services Disclaimer
Productive With Purpose, LLC provides:

Financial Accountability Support

We do not provide:
- Legal advice
- Tax preparation services
- Certified accounting services
- Investment advisory services
- Licensed financial planning services unless specifically stated otherwise
All recommendations provided through coaching sessions, documents, and portal resources are educational and strategic in nature.
Clients remain fully responsible for their own financial decisions.
3. Client Responsibilities
By using The Purpose Portal™, you agree to actively participate in your financial journey.
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate financial information
- Completing assigned action steps
- Attending scheduled coaching sessions
- Maintaining updated financial records when requested
- Reviewing recommendations provided during coaching
- Communicating honestly regarding financial challenges
- Protecting login credentials and account security
Results depend heavily on client participation and implementation.
4. No Guaranteed Results
Productive With Purpose, LLC is committed to helping clients improve financial organization and build healthier financial habits.
However, we do not guarantee:
- Debt elimination within a specific timeframe
- Specific income increases
- Investment returns
- Business revenue growth
- Credit score improvement
- Any guaranteed financial outcome
Results vary based on:
- Individual effort
- Consistency
- Financial habits
- Existing financial circumstances
- External economic conditions
Success requires active implementation.
5. Client Portal Access
The Purpose Portal™ is a private client workspace.
Access is granted only to authorized individuals actively enrolled in services with Productive With Purpose. LLC.
You agree not to:
- Share your login credentials
- Allow unauthorized access to your account
- Copy or distribute private client materials
- Attempt to access other client accounts
- Misuse platform features in any unauthorized manner
We reserve the right to suspend access if misuse is detected.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through Productive With Purpose, LLC and The Purpose Portal™ remain the intellectual property of Productive With Purpose, LLC.
This includes:
- Coaching frameworks
- Financial templates
- Worksheets
- Assessments
- Educational resources
- Budget systems
- Financial planning systems
- Digital downloads
- Portal content
- Program materials
- Proprietary coaching methodology
Clients may use materials for personal use only.
You may not:
- Copy
- Resell
- Reproduce
- Distribute
- Modify
- Republish
without written permission.
7. Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay for services according to the payment arrangement selected at enrollment.
Payment terms may include:
- One-time payments
- Monthly subscriptions
- Payment plans
- Program installment plans
- Recurring membership fees
Failure to maintain payment arrangements may result in suspension of portal access.
Outstanding balances remain the responsibility of the client.
8. Refund Policy
Refund policies vary depending on the service or program purchased.
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:
- Coaching services already delivered are non-refundable
- Completed strategy sessions are non-refundable
- Digital resources and downloadable products are non-refundable
- Membership fees may follow separate cancellation terms
Specific refund terms outlined in signed service agreements take precedence.
9. Appointment Policy
Clients are expected to respect scheduled coaching appointments.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.
No Shows
Missed appointments without communication may result in the loss of that session.
Late Arrival
A 15-minute grace period applies unless otherwise communicated.
Repeated missed appointments may impact service continuation.
10. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality.
Financial information shared during coaching sessions and inside The Purpose Portal™ will be treated as private.
However, confidentiality may be limited when disclosure is legally required.
Clients also agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary methods, materials, or internal systems provided during the coaching relationship.
11. Document Storage
Clients may upload documents to The Purpose Portal™ for coaching and financial management purposes.
Uploaded documents may include:
- Bank statements
- Debt records
- Financial reports
- Budget spreadsheets
- Tax documentation
- Business records
Clients understand that uploaded documents are stored solely for service delivery purposes.
We reserve the right to remove inappropriate or unauthorized content.
12. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship when necessary.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:
- Payment obligations are not met
- Platform misuse occurs
- Fraudulent information is provided
- Abusive behavior toward staff occurs
- Terms of this agreement are violated
Termination does not eliminate outstanding payment obligations.
13. Limitation of Liability
By using our services, you acknowledge that Productive With Purpose, LLC is not liable for financial outcomes resulting from decisions you make.
We are not responsible for:
- Financial losses
- Investment decisions
- Tax consequences
- Business losses
- Missed financial opportunities
- Decisions made independently by clients
You remain fully responsible for all personal and business financial decisions.
14. Technology Disclaimer
While we strive to maintain platform availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to:
- Software maintenance
- Internet outages
- Third-party provider failures
- Security updates
- Technical errors beyond our control
We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.
15. Changes To Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions as the platform and services evolve.
Updated terms will be posted inside The Purpose Portal™.
Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.
16. Governing Agreement
Any signed coaching agreement, service proposal, membership agreement, or custom client contract entered into separately shall take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions when conflicts arise.
